Obituary
Geneva- Sherlin Exton Bush, age 86, passed away at home on August 7, 2018.
Friends may call Sunday (August 19th) from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Kenneth J. Perkins Funeral Home in Gorham. A Memorial Service will follow at 3 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Bellona Cemetery.

Born in Penn Yan on Nov. 22, 1931, Sherlin was the son of the late Gordon and Mildred (Davy) Bush.
Sherlin married Elizabeth J. “Betty” Andersen on Feb. 23, 1957. Betty died on March 18, 2014, after 57 years of marriage.
Sherlin was a dairy and cash crop farmer for 40 years on Wabash Road. After selling the dairy farm, he continued as a cash crop farmer and worked for local farmers, Chris, Vern, Wayne and Ed Hansen.
Sherlin was a member of the Bellona Volunteer Fire Department for over 50 years. He loved spending time with grandchildren and great-grandchildren; spending time in his shop; watching son, Curt, pull his tractor; and plowing fields for Hansen Farms.
Sherlin is survived by one daughter, Lori J.(Bruce Sanford) Fritz of Geneva; two sons, Allen S. (Dawn) Bush of Bellona, and Curtis J. Bush of Geneva; three grandchildren, Melissa (Daniel) Green and Melanie (Michael) Perri and David (Lindsey Scott) Fritz; three great-grandchildren, Katherine Green, Benjamin Green and Nicholas Perri.
