Obituary
Penn Yan- Shawn M. Parsons, 44, died July 29, 2016.
Friends may call Thursday (August 4th) from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Kenneth J. Perkins Funeral Home in Gorham. A Funeral Service will follow at 3 p.m. Burial will be in Little Church Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 160 Allens Creek Rd., Rochester, NY 14618.
Shawn enjoyed crafting and loved her family.
She is survived by her husband, Steven D. Parsons; 2 daughters, Bethany (Floyd) Washburn, and Isabelle (Lewis Grady) Parsons; 1 granddaughter, Cynthia Marie Washburn; parents, Lenard and Sharran Whipple; 3 sisters, Shannan (Neil) Hess, Machelle (Bernard) Rush, and Annette (Paul) Wiesner; 1 brother, Lewis (Samantha Enos) Whipple; and several nieces and nephews.
Shawn was pre-deceased by her grandparents, Isabel and Henry Nash, and Ruth and Lee Whipple.
