Obituary
Rushville- Ronald A. Lazarus, age 76, died Monday, April 16, 2018, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Friends may call Thursday (April 19th) from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Kenneth J. Perkins Funeral Home in Gorham.
A Funeral Service will be at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Rushville Cemetery, with Military Honors.
A Reception will follow at the Gorham Fire House, 4676 Kearney Rd.

Ron was born August 23, 1941 in Canandaigua, NY. He was the son of the late George Alvin and Elizabeth Schultz Lazarus. Ron graduated from Middlesex Valley Central School in 1959. He served as an M.P. in the U.S. Army from 1964 to 1966, during the Vietnam War.
Ron was a member of the Shortsville Rod & Gun Club and the Middlesex Conservation Club. He enjoyed Dirt Track Racing, on his son’s pit crew. Ron enjoyed shooting skeet and trap, and playing with his grandson.
Ron is survived by one son, Brian (Allison) Lazarus; grandson, Jackson Lazarus; sister, Carol (Ron) Fairbank; and several cousins.
He was predeceased by an infant daughter, Jennifer Lazarus.
