Sending the Davis family, my deepest sympathy. Wonderful, caring man who I so appreciated working with. So wish I could attend his service and see you all, but am in an Assisted Living Center myself. My thoughts and prayers I am sending your way.

Ron will be missed by so many. We appreciate his sincere care and thoughtfulness he showed to us through the years. He called us many times when we were struggling with pain or an illness. He had a heart for everyone he knew or met. He served his Lord mightily!

Dear Carol & Becky, Ron is now at peace, out of pain, & in the arms of Our Lord and savior. I know how different it is for those of us left behind, but He has us too. You are in my prayers ?️

What a tremendous loss for anyone who knew Ron Davis, or Mr. Davis as my Principal, the Ron as a co-worker at Documents. A wonderful praying Godly man. So many memories thru YFC, my sincere condolences to his family. Ron Davis will be singing bass with the angels.

I had the pleasure of teaching under Ron's administration. Not only did he care deeply for the students, he was a great leader as a Principal. He was one of the best administrators I've known and lived as a witness to all how to live a life of loving service.

We are so very sorry to hear that Ron has died. He was loved by thousands of people. His kindness and Godly wisdom touched so many people, in all walks of life. His family lost a good man but heaven has gained a saint. He will be remembered and missed by many people.

My deepest heartfelt condolences to Mr. Davis’s family and loved ones. He was an amazing gentle soul that I will always remember with great fondness as one of his students of MW. I was again reminded of his kindness when he volunteered at the Middlesex Church during Covid and my 11 year old son, Landon attended. I remember him coming home and describing his favorite part and it being my old Principal, Mr. Davis. Please know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers.

The sweetest, most gentle giant of a man and servant of the Lord. What a pleasure and gift it was to work with and for him. So thankful that I will see him again.

My deepest condolences to the entire Davis family. Mr. Davis was always there with a smile and a kind laugh, making high school a better experience for all. He related with so many students and his presence will be missed.

Ron was always supportive and helpful to me during the 20 years at Marcus Whitman. I know that he will be missed by
his family and friends.

So very sorry to read of the passing of Mr. Davis . As one of his high school math students, I was always thankful for his patience for my pathetic math skills! Carol and I worked together in Canandaigua for many years and I will always remember what a treasure she was to have in my resource room. I want to send her my deepest sympathies. She and Mr Davis were a wonderful couple of so many talents.

My deepest sympathies to Carol and family. Ron was a terrific mentor and educator. He us now in the hands of the Lord and free from pain and suffering.

We lost a giant of man but heaven gained a true angel. Mr. Davis cared for the Marcus Whitman Comminity like few have. He cared for his staff and students in a way that should be a model for all of us. I was fortunate to have Mr. Davis as my prinicpal and mentor for many years. He taught me a lot and I will forever be in his debt. I know they have a place reserved for you in heaven. God speed, Mr. Davis

I fondly remember Mr. Davis singing with his barbershop quartet at one of our pops concerts at Whitman. I was still in middle school when he retired, but I will never forget his kindness and guidance that he gave his students and faculty all those years. A very gracious man with a big presence. Lifting his family in love and prayer.

Our sincere condolences to the Davis family.. We have been blessed to meet and serve Ron and Carol at Chosen Spot apartments. Ron was a kind person who loved Jesus and his fellow man. He will be missed. Bob and Susan Taylor

Ron was the principal when our son attended Lima Christian and I was a school board member. Ron was a terrific principal and administrator. He was a Godly influence on all that knew him

I have fond memories of Ron when he was principal at Lima Christian School. He was a kind leader who made a positive impression on our three boys. I had the privilege of singing barbershop with him in the musical Bye Bye Birdie and I remember him singing I’ll Fly Away with a quartet at a teacher’s funeral service. It was very moving. I look forward to seeing Ron again and singing with him in the heavenly choir! May the Lord give you comfort in your loss.

Ron was a mighty man of God. We are thankful for his example of a servant leader while in his “retirement” as Principal at LCS. The Beckers’ lives where changed by his example. Praying the Lord comfort and bless you Carol and your sweet family.

Ron was an inspiration in his love of Christ and his family. He was also a mentor, and his beautiful voice and wonderful songs were a
true a blessing in at the Chosen Spot Bible Study. Carol and family you are in my prayers for peace comfort as you are surrounded by loved ones.

Mr. Davis was my Principal in high school and what a fun ride he made it seem. He was the most kind, compassionate, and caring man in our high school. He thought the best in people and never gave up on individuals who constantly struggled. There was no finer educator around. What a gift he was for all of us. My condolences to his wonderful family, who I know will miss him dearly.

Ron was the finest administrator a school system could be blessed with. He was compassionate yet firm. I am so fortunate that he advocated for hiring me in the early 1980s. As a principal, coach, mentor and man, his life was one well lived. Deepest sympathy to the family.

Ron was a kind, and gentle man. He hired me in 1990 to join the Marcus Whitman family, for which I will be forever grateful.
