Uncle Rollie was a very special member of our family. His good humor, love for each of us and his interest in family and his community will always be remembered. For many years, he would think of something he wanted to give us at Christmas...just a little gift from his heart. Sometimes he would decide to give us a plant that he decided we would like. His knowledge of community affairs and families in our area was amazing and all of that information added to his character and kept him thinking! We loved you, Uncle Rollie. We know your influence in our lives will always be remembered.

Dad was the best man at my wedding and the best man I have ever known. All who knew him will miss him very much but the lessons he taught us will live forever.

I am deeply sorry to hear of Mr. Hoffmans passing. He was a great guy who always had a smile on his face. Mr and med Hoffman where my land lords and they where stern but loving and always there to help with advice, or just an ear to listen to on the front porch.

John and the rest of the Hoffman family,

My heart aches for you as you deal with your loss and the absence of your Dad. While I was not fortunate enough to know him, I can clearly see the man he was by raising a son who is so kind and selfless. His spirit remains and will shine through you and the rest of your family. Sending so much love.
