Robert A. Noaker, Sr. 1935 – 2015
Gorham- Robert A. Noaker, Sr., 80, died Oct. 23, 2015 at the Ontario Center.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday (Oct. 31st) at 2 p.m. at the Kenneth J. Perkins Funeral Home in Gorham.

Bob was the son of the late Roland and Ruth Noaker. He graduated from Canandaigua Academy in 1953. Bob served in the U.S. Army Reserves for 23 years.
Bob was a man of many talents and interests. He was a mechanic and garage owner, and operated heavy equipment. Bob built race engines and stock cars, and was an avid Nascar fan. He was an airplane pilot with a private landing strip. He also enjoyed model planes, and enjoyed his Adirondack Camp. Bob was a gunsmith who had worked at Creekside Gun Shop and later at Shoe’s Gun Shop. He also competed in handgun target shooting.
Bob is survived by his wife, Dorothy; five children, Cindy (Andreas) Klein, Robert (Tammy) Noaker, Jr., Kevin (Laurie) Noaker, Dan Noaker and Kelly (Larry) Wachs; brother, Terry (Karen) Noaker; two step-daughters, Cindy (William) Spencer and Susan Cofield; step-daughter-in-law, Julie Harris; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by two step-sons, Terry Harris and Bruce Harris.
