Lafayette, LA/ Gorham- Ray L. Ketcham, age 86, passed away on Monday September 19, 2022.

Services will be private.

Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society, 1120 South Goodman St., Rochester, NY 14620 or to the Stanley-Hall-Gorham Ambulance, P.O. Box 57, Hall, NY 14463.

Ray was born on January 18, 1936 a son of the late Raymond and Ruby Ketcham. He owned and operated Ray L. Trucking. Ray loved to spend time with his family when he got home from being on the road. He was a former member of the Canandaigua Moose Lodge. Ray enjoyed hunting and fishing with his family.

Ray is survived by three children, Teresa Stetzel, Rhonda (Steve) Marlowe and Christine Ketcham; his wife, Beatrice Ketcham and her children, Anna, Zelda, Cynthia and Kenneth John; 9 grandchildren, Nathan (Stevie) Beasley, Heather (Korbyn Simmons) Beasley, Ashley (Zach Saxton) Stetzel, Thomas (Devyn) Gysel, Lance Gysel, Nicholas Gysel-Marlowe, Daisy Smith Marlowe, Robert Lewis and Samantha Ketcham; 4 great-grandchildren, Caden Beasley, Logan Beasley, Sophia Gagne and Paisley Saxton; sister-in-law, Connie Ketcham as well as nieces and nephews.

Ray was predeceased by his parents, first wife, Diane Ketcham; brother, Ronald Ketcham; and his son-in-law, Mark Gysel.

I know this is soo late, but I never got to tell you girls how sorry I was to hear about the passing of your Dad. My mom and I always had a lot of fun when he was home from driving and we stopped by your moms' and his house for coffee. I am sure he is at peace now and up in heaven with your mom.
