Obituary

Middlesex- Myron J. “Squeak” Worboys, age 65, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 12, 2021.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 1 p.m. at the Benton Fire Hall.

Memorial contributions can be made to Myron’s wife, Amy, 712 Bagley Rd., Rushville, NY 14544, to help her get back on her feet after losing everything in the house fire.

Squeak was born on May 24, 1955 a son of Frederick C. Worboys, Sr. and Beverly J. (De Brine) Savage-Worboys. He enjoyed fishing and telling jokes. Squeak loved to go for ice cream dates with his grandchildren to Lynnie Lou’s.

Squeak is survived by his wife, Amelia “Amy” Worboys; his children, Donald (Irene) Worboys, Tammy (Mark) Burun, Andrew (Stephanie) Worboys, Allen (Tammy) Earl, James (Holly) Mortensen and Stephanie Mortensen; 16 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren including a special great-grandson, Hunter Earl; his siblings, William (Dee) Worboys, Kenneth J. Worboys, Jean (James) Corino and Terry (Cindy) Worboys; 2 brothers-in-law, Bill Jones and Frederick Murphy; a sister-in-law, Sandy Worboys, as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Squeak is predeceased by a grandson; 2 sisters, Judy Jones and Mary Ann Murphy and a brother, Frederick C. Worboys, Jr.
