Obituary
Middlesex- Maxine A. Mitch, 84, died on March 31, 2017.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday (April 7th) at 11 a.m. at the Crystal Beach Firehall, a gathering of friends and family to follow. Burial will be in Overackers Cemetery.

Maxine was the daughter of the late Mahlon and Eva Newland Gavette. She married Mervin Mitch on Nov. 19, 1950.
Maxine was a member of the Middlesex United Methodist Church. She loved her grandchildren and enjoyed gardening and crocheting.
Maxine is survived by five children, Sharon (Steve) Schinsing, David (Cym) Mitch, Robert (Ruth) Mitch, Timothy (Lynda) Mitch and Donna Mendez; 18 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and five siblings, James (Virginia) Gavette, Shirley (Edward) Miles, Ella Winnie, Richard (Dovie) Gavette and Ada (Roger) Lead.
She is predeceased by her husband, Mervin C. Mitch; and five siblings, Ruth Bassett, William Gavette, Marion Wood, Raymond Gavette and Mahlon Gavette, Jr.
