Obituary
Canandaigua- Marshall Dewey Fladd, 26, died unexpectedly on Thursday, March 1, 2018, after a long battle with addiction.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday (March 10th) at 3 p.m. at the Rushville United Methodist Church. A reception will follow at the church.

Marshall was born August 2, 1991 in Canandaigua, NY. He was the son of Dewey and Donna Ciesel Fladd. Marshall graduated from Marcus Whitman Central School in 2009. He worked with his dad at Fladd’s Creative Stone. Marshall attended the University of Albany. He was currently attending Corning Community College and studying Environmental Sciences. His ultimate goal was to positively impact construction’s effect on the environment.
Marshall loved academia, libraries and bookstores. He also loved to travel. Marshall loved music and playing his guitar.
Marshall is survived by his parents, Dewey and Donna Fladd; sister, Sarah Fladd; paternal grandparents, John and Marion Fladd; maternal grandparents, Norb and Harriet Ciesel; aunts and uncles, Bob (Beth Anne) Fladd, Scott (Li Hong) Fladd, Donna (Gary) Horvath, James (Maria) Ciesel and Mary (Frank) Schroeder; many cousins and great-aunts and uncles; many, many loving friends; and his furry pals, Raspberry, Cash and Carry.
