Obituary
Canandaigua/Randolph – Lorraine M. Brown, age 94, passed away peacefully on Monday, Dec. 11, 2023 at F.F. Thompson Hospital in Canandaigua, NY, with family at her side.
A Graveside Committal Service will be held at a later date in Frewsburg Cemetery.

Lorraine was born on March 7, 1929. She was the oldest child of Louis and Freida Smith. A child of the “Depression”, she attended 7 schools during her childhood, and left school to work to help support her family.
Lorraine married Clarence M. Brown, and together they owned a dairy farm in East Randolph, NY.
Lorraine moved to Canandaigua in 2009 to be near family. She loved her family, and they loved her. She is remembered as an excellent cook and baker.
Lorraine is survived by three sons, Ron (Martha) Brown of Canandaigua, NY, Craig (Sandy) of Fort Meyers, FL, and Timothy of League City, TX. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, Carrie (Andrew) Conley, Aaron (Beth Driscoll) Brown; Holly (Daniel) Englert, Craig (Erin) Brown, Jr., Andrew (Betsy) Brown, Willie Brown and Gloria Brown; and by several great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Clarence in 1996; and her daughter, Patricia. She was also predeceased by three grandchildren; and by two brothers, Robert Smith and James Smith.

My condolences to the whole family. Sorry Ron, my best friend, Craig and Tim. I have many fond memories of my time spent with the family on the Old Napoli Road. We had lots of fun.
