Obituary
Stanley- Lily Ann Phillips Allen, age 79, passed away on Friday, April 30, 2021 at her home.
Friends may call on Friday, May 7, from 12 noon – 2 p.m. at the Kenneth J. Perkins Funeral Home in Gorham. A funeral service will follow calling hours at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Little Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the Alzheimer’s Association, 435 E Henrietta Rd, Rochester, NY 14620.
Lily was born on August 20, 1941 to the late Clayton and Edith (Howell) Phillips in Geneva, NY. She was a graduate of Gorham High School, class of 1959. Lily graduated from the Marion Whelan Nursing School in 1983. She was a devoted employee of Geneva General Hospital until her retirement after 35 years of service. Lily enjoyed reading and traveling with her husband Roger. More than anything, Lily loved spending time with her family.
Lily is survived by her husband of 59 years, Roger Allen; a son, Marty (Tammy) Allen; 2 daughters, Cheryl (Ted) Tompkins and Amy (Kevin) Eagley; 6 grandchildren, Jon (Haley) Eagley, Ryan (Hannah) Eagley, Matthew Tompkins, Mark Tompkins, Kyle Allen and Nathan Allen; 3 great-grandchildren, Brycen, Everlee and Brody Eagley; 3 brothers, David, Stephen and Gary Phillips as well as several nieces and nephews.
