Obituary

Rushville- Lawrence A. Colf, age 59, passed away unexpectedly on November 10, 2022.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 24th, 2023 at 11 a.m. at the Rushville Cemetery. A Celebration of Lawrence’s Life will follow at the Rushville Fire Hall.

Larry was born on June 19, 1963, a son of Larry and Mary Cator Colf. He was a graduate of Marcus Whitman Central School. Larry was an avid Buffalo Bills fan and enjoyed watching war movies. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to family and friends. He will be dearly missed.

Larry is survived by his loving mother, Mary Colf; brothers, Brian, Jeff (Jan) and Scott; step-mother, Joan Colf; step-brothers, Steve, David and Chris Hershey; uncles, Jim (Lucy) Cator and George (Connie) Cator; special friends, Lou, Randy, Todd and Danny; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Larry was predeceased by his father, Larry Colf.

I was most likely the last friend he talked to he dropped me off at McDonald's, Was looking forward to seeing him later that day, He was a great friend. Hung out with Randy and me on deck, Miss you brother.
