Obituary
Gorham- Judith Elaine Beaver (Catlin) passed away June 13, 2016 at F.F.Thompson Hospital.
A Memorial Service is being held Sunday (June 19th) at 2 p.m. at the Penn Yan Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1600 Rte. 54, Penn Yan, NY 14527;
or Humane Society of Yates County, 1216 Rte. 14A, Penn Yan, NY 14527.
Mrs. Beaver graduated from Marion S. Whelan School of Practical Nursing in 1958. She was a devoted mother and wife. She was a caring person who would send a card to encourage or brighten your day. She loved animals and took in many during her life.
Mrs. Beaver was baptized as a member of the Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses on May 13, 1967. She enjoyed going out in the preaching work, telling others about God’s Kingdom.
She is survived by her children, Patricia Beaver, Debra (Jamil) Shipp and Jeffrey (Sue) Beaver; and five grandchildren, Christopher, Laci, Celi, Joseph and Gabriel.
She was predeceased by her husband, Lawrence R. Beaver in 2012.
