I am only just finding it his terrible news. Jo Ann was a loyal regular customer at the old Byrne Dairy store in Canandaigua and we got to know each other well! We didn't get to see her often once that store closed, but I was fortunate enough to have run into her this summer and catch up a little. She was such a joy to know. She will be forever missed!
