Penn Yan- Jeffrey A. Hulbert, Sr., age 46, died on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at his home.
Friends may call Saturday, (March 12th) from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the Kenneth J. Perkins Funeral Home in Gorham.
Jeffrey is survived by his son, Jeffrey A. Hulbert, Jr. (Courtney Matulewicz); mother, Linda Goutermout; father, Clifford Hulbert; significant other, Tina M. Bassett; and her daughter, Marissa Bassett; brother, James (Rebecca) Smith; sister, Janeen Tate; and several nieces and nephews.
