Obituary
Rushville- Janice Elaine LaVoie, age 76, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 22, 2023.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at 12 p.m. at the Canandaigua Lakeview Cemetery, 4844 Jones Rd., Rushville, NY.
Memorial Contributions in Janice’s name can be made to the Ontario County Humane Society, 2976 County Rd. 48, Canandaigua, NY 14424.
Janice was born on October 24, 1946, a daughter of the late Charles Henry Green and Ada Lois Tresler Green. Janice was a graduate of Westfield Central School. Janice spent many years as a traveling nurse. She loved gardening, cooking, canning and crafting.
Janice is survived by her sister-in-law, Jean Green (Larry Green) of Westfield, NY; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Janice was predeceased by her parents; sister, Loretta May Green Davis; two brothers, Charles Leroy Green, Sr. and Larry Lee Green; as well as nieces and nephews.
