Obituary
Rushville- Jacquelyn Y. Scott, age 53, passed away Monday, December 5, 2016, at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY.
Family and friends may call Friday (Dec. 9th) from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the Kenneth J. Perkins Funeral Home in Gorham, NY. A Funeral Service will follow at 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Rushville Cemetery.

Jacquelyn was the daughter of the Walter Scott, Jr., and Trudy H. Scott.
She was a graduate of Marcus Whitman Central School and of the W-FL BOCES L.P.N. program. Jacquelyn enjoyed computers and animals.
Jacquelyn is survived by one daughter, Celinda (Eben Curtis-Maynard) Scott; one son, Isaac Scott; mother, Trudy Scott; brother, Walter (Sherry) Scott III; sister, Elizabeth (Michael) Scott- Parker; niece, Corbin Parker; and nephew, Collin Parker; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was predeceased by her father, Walter Scott, Jr. and her brother, Timothy Scott.
