Obituary
Gorham- J.C. Acoff, age 85, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, June 18, 2024.
A funeral service will be held on Friday (June 21) at 1:30 p.m. at the Kenneth J. Perkins Funeral Home in Gorham.
J.C. was born on September 29, 1938 in Bessemer, Alabama. He was son of the late Wrennie Lee Acoff.
J.C. is survived by his loving wife, Leonia; 4 sons, Bobby (Beth), Carl, Corey and Bryan; 2 daughters, Rennie and Michelle; 16 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Bessie Lee and Joann; 1 brother, Dan; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Though we are truly saddened, we find solace in knowing that J.C. is in a better place.
