Hazel S. Gunsalus 1917 – 2015
Canandaigua- Hazel S. Gunsalus, 98, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2015.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday (Jan. 2nd) at 11 a.m. at the Kenneth J. Perkins Funeral Home in Gorham.

Mrs. Gunsalus is survived by one son, Lonnie (Jean) Gunsalus; one daughter, Constance (Barry) French; daughter-in-law, Donna Gunsalus; five grandchildren, Donald (Keely) Gunsalus, Jr., Ronald (Alisha) Gunsalus, Andrea Gunsalus, Jessica (Scott) Teerlinck, and Michelle (Carly Costanza) French; four great-grandchildren, Emily, Nathaniel and Zachary Teerlinck, and Olivia Costanza; two former daughters-in-law, Judy Gunsalus and Carol Gunsalus; sister-in-law, Velma Cornwell; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Earl in 1966; by her son, Ronald Gunsalus in 1971. Her son, Donald Gunsalus, died on Jan. 1, 2016.
