Obituary
Penn Yan- Grace N. Van Gelder, age 88, died August 14, 2020 at her home.
A Graveside Service will be held at Voak Cemetery on Saturday (August 29th) at 2 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Ontario-Yates Hospice, 756 Pre-Emption Rd., Geneva, NY 14456.
Grace was the daughter of the late Dana and Gene Rosencranse Northrup. She was a graduate of Hammondsport Central School. She retired from Security Trust as Bank Manager. Grace enjoyed bowling and along with her late husband Norman were members of the Johnson-Costello American Legion Post.
Grace is survived by her son, Keith (Debra) Van Gelder; 3 grandchildren, Sara (William) Beverly, Kerry Van Gelder and Julie Van Gelder; 6 great-grandchildren, Ilyssa, Ashtyn, Trea, Analece, Brie and Everett.
Grace was predeceased by her parents, her husband Norman Van Gelder, a sister, Beth Curtiss and a brother, Harry Northrup.
