Obituary

Naples- Edward John Johnson, age 73, died Friday, October 7, 2022.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday (Oct. 15th) at 1 p.m. at his brother’s home, 6720 Wrights Rd., Wayland, NY.

Memorial contributions may be made to Golisano Children’s Hospital, 150 Crittenden Blvd., Rochester, NY 14642.

John was the son of Leo and Virginia Buskirk Johnson. He served in the U.S. Army in Viet Nam War in 1971.

John was very mechanical. He enjoyed tinkering and working on his home.

John is survived by his wife, Caitlin Hetrick Johnson; 8 children, Jennifer Krolak, Jonathan Johnson, Patrick (Andreya) Johnson, Taylor (Andrew) Bortz, Alexandra Baldeseroni, Fabienne Baldeseroni, Tristan Dowds and Tyge Johnson; five grandchildren, Phineas, Wolfgang, Raegan, Atticus and Allison; three brothers, James (Kim) Johnson, George (Bev) Johnson and Robert (Eva) Johnson; brother-in-law, Todd (Natalie) Hetrick; and 10 nieces and nephews.
