Ontario- Delbert L. “Skip” Rohring, Jr., died August 15, 2017.

the American Heart Association,memorial contributions may be made to Cobblestone Springs, 4306 Lakemont-Himrod Rd., Dundee NY 14837 or Gorham- LeRoy J. Hackett, Jr., age 62, died unexpectedly on Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017.

Friends may call Thursday (Dec. 21st) from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Gorham United Methodist Church, 4746 South St.. A Memorial Service will follow at 3 p.m.

Burial will be in Gorham Cemetery at the convenience of the family.

A Graveside Service, with Military Honors, will be held on Sunday (August 20th) at 11 a.m. at Rushville Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Pathway Home, 1529 Mound Rd., Seneca Falls, NY 13148.

Skip was a U.S. Army Vietnam veteran, and a member of American Legion Post #428 in Ontario, NY. He was a school bus driver for Wayne Central School, retiring in 2007. Skip was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Geneva.

Skip is survived by his one daughter, Susan (Mike) Gasiorowski; two sons, Randel Rohring and Todd (Jennifer) Rohring; the mother of his children, Cathy Guckert; 10 grandchildren; 3 great-granddaughters; 1 sister, Nancy Wemett; 6 brothers; William (Janice) Rohring, Donald Rohring, Morris (Alma Torres-Vogt) Gage, Jr., Bruce (Angela) Gage, Dennis (Debbie) Gage and Steve Gage; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews.

Skip was predeceased by his parents, Delbert L. Rohring, Sr. and Jayne Rohring Gage; and one brother, Richard Rohring in 1993.
