Obituary
Penn Yan – Debra J. Cooper, age 65, passed away Friday, Nov. 13, 2020 at Hospeace House in Naples, after a long battle with cancer.
Services will be private.

Debra was born Sept. 18, 1955 in Canandaigua, NY. She was the daughter of the late Durwood Benjamin Bassett and Ruth Gavette Bassett.
Debra was a full-time homemaker. She enjoyed cooking and sewing for her family. Debra was a member of the Salvation Army in Canandaigua.
Debra is survived by her husband, David A. Cooper; four children, Viki (Jeff) Bollen, Earl Williams, Jennifer (Howard Van Sickle) Wilkins and Heather (Todd) Gooding Cooper; several grandchildren, and several brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Debra was predeceased by two brothers, Robert Bassett and Gene Bassett.
