David Keith Vaughan

Penn Yan – David Keith Vaughan, age 77, passed away at his home, surrounded by family, on Friday, February 3, 2023.

          Services will be private, with burial in Voak Cemetery.         

          David was a lifetime dairy farmer. He was a member of the Holstein Association for over 50 years. David enjoyed farming, hunting, Civil War history and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

          David is survived by his wife of 47 years, Susan Vaughan; seven children, Jason (Jackie) Vaughan, Steven Vaughan, Aaron (Ella Mae) Vaughan, Susie (Michael) Woodward, Valerie (Ben) Fogarty, Kenn (Rebecca) Vaughan and Paul (Rachel) Vaughan; 29 Grandchildren; siblings, Linda (Ronnie) Pettenger, Leonard (Becky) Vaughan, Rick (Judy) Vaughan and Jon (Kim) Vaughan; sister-in-law, Jane Vaughan; and several nieces and nephews.

          He was predeceased by his parents, Paul and Adele Vaughan; one brother, Barry Vaughan; and two sisters-in-law, Hollie Vaughan and Barbara L. Miller.
