Obituary
Stanley- Ann L. Roberts, age 77, passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her loving family, on Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2015.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday (Nov. 28th) at 10 a.m. at the Gorham United Methodist Church. A luncheon will follow at the church.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Memorial Fund, Gorham United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 225, Gorham, NY 14461.
Ann was Respiratory Therapist in area hospitals for several years. She was also a retired bus driver for Marcus Whitman Central Schools. Ann was an active member of the Gorham United Methodist Church, and of the Quilters group. She and her husband, Bill, had spent their retirement winters traveling with the NOMADS, providing volunteer labor for United Methodist Churches.
Ann is survived by her husband of 58 years, William J. Roberts; two sons, William K. (Diane) Roberts and James (Heidi) Roberts; three grandchildren, Alyssia (Jon) TenBrock, Cory (Ryan Dickinson) Roberts and Patrick “P.J.” (MacKenzie Green) Roberts; two brothers, William Cooper and Albert (Anne) Rohe; one step-sister, Charlotte McCarthy; and step-brother, Richard Rohe.
She was predeceased by her parents, Kenneth and Mary Cooper and her step-sister, Jane Rohe.
