Obituary
Rushville – Allan Dana Green, age 63, passed away on May 22, 2021 at Strong Memorial Hospital.
Friends may call Friday (June 4th) from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Kenneth J. Perkins Funeral Home in Gorham. A Memorial Service will follow at 3 p.m.

Allan was born Nov. 29, 1957 in Canandaigua, NY. He graduated from Marcus Whitman High School in 1976. He was a member of the Marcus Whitman 1975-76 Section 5 Basketball Championship team. Allan was inducted into the Marcus Whitman Central School Sports Hall of Fame. He enjoyed horseshoes and bowling, having bowled a perfect 300 game. Allan loved dogs, and spending his free time outside with his family and friends. He was always very competitive with his dad. Allan was a farmer all his life, operating A&L Farms in Rushville.
Allan is survived by his wife, Linda Simmons Green: his daughter, Lydia Green, along with her sisters, Hannah (John) Burkard DeFazio, Sadie Burkard and Emma Burkard; three grandchildren, Donnie and Ruth DeFazio and Wesley Meuse; four siblings, brother, Norman Green and his former wife, Judy Green, sister, Annette Hoban, sister, Ellen Van Keuren and brother, Dennis (Linda) Green; mother-in-law, Anne (Jerry Wyffels) Simmons; several brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
Allan was predeceased by his parents, Charles “Chip” and Teresa Green; brothers-in-law, Patrick Hoban and Rich VanKeuren.
